Mark Winowich is multi-cultural and bi-lingual; his career has been focused on business development, education, plus leadership with over 25 years of global experience. Mark, being charged with Vitsab International AB’s global business development, focuses on educating government, regulation, and industry about the scientific merit behind the development of Vitsab Smart TTI technology. Since Vitsab’s technology is customizable, Mark enjoys sharing his 18-month research with USA FDA, USA state regulators, and industry in developing shellstock Smart TTI Labels indicating the risk of vibrio growth.
