2020 Trade Show Schedule
Tuesday, June 16
Exhibitor Move-in: 3:30pm – 6:00pm
Wednesday, June 17
Exhibitor Move-in: 7:00am – 8:30am
Trade Show Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Thursday, June 18
Trade Show Hours: 9:00am – 3:30pm
Exhibitor Move-out: 3:30 – 4:30pm
Please note that move-in must be completed by 9am Wednesday June 17, 2019. Move-in is not permitted during the show hours.
No taking down of displays is permitted until the official closing time of 3:30 pm. All exhibitors must be available for the full trade show times.

Parking is available for Expo delegates and trade show exhibitors at the Florence Filberg Centre, lower level off Anderton Avenue, upper level off 5th, and at the Native Sons Hall.
Each exhibitor package includes
- 8’x8’ booth area with an 8’ high drapery back wall and a 3’ high drapery side wall
- Complimentary electrical plug
- Complimentary 6’ skirted table and chairs
- Complimentary WIFI
- Exclusive access to the international seafood buyers delegation
- 1 Expo All Access Pass (for the exhibitor)
All personnel working at your booth must be registered in order to have access to the event.

- Trade show floor pass

Trade Show Layout
Exhibitor booths will be located in the designated trade show areas at the Florence Filberg Centre and Native Sons Hall or outside in the central parking area of the complex. Exhibitors will be provided their booth location upon check-in at the trade show registration located in the Filberg Centre Lobby.
The Filberg Centre does not have equipment such as a hand trucks or dollys. If this equipment is required, please bring your own or make arrangements with Black and White Rentals at 1-250-954-1401 or email@example.com.
If you require additional equipment or furniture for your booth, please contact Black and White Rentals at 1-250-954-1401 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitors are responsible for having insurance for their equipment.
The Seafood Festival is not liable for lost items. During trade show hours, please do not leave valuables at your booth unattended. The outer doors will be locked when the trade show is not open, however please ensure you take all valuables with you when you leave for the night.
